All tree gifts are non-refundable.
Once an order is confirmed, your tree is either already planted or in the process of being planted in the ground by our partners at WWF Pakistan. Because a living tree is committed on your behalf as soon as your order is confirmed, we are unable to reverse, cancel, or refund the purchase.
For the same reason, orders cannot be cancelled after payment is confirmed.
We want every gift to arrive properly. If you were charged more than once, did not receive your digital card, or there was a genuine problem with your order, please contact us and we will put it right — this may include re-sending or re-issuing your card.
