Welcome to Wish A Tree. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of wishatree.com and any purchase you make through it. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Wish A Tree is a tree-gifting service operated by Echovale Ltd. When you buy a gift, a real tree is planted in Pakistan in partnership with WWF Pakistan, and the recipient receives a personalised digital card.
Each order funds the planting of one or more real trees and the creation of a personalised digital gift card. You are purchasing a tree-planting gift and a digital card — not a physical product that is shipped to you.
When you place an order and payment is successful, your order is confirmed and the tree is committed for planting. You will receive an order confirmation by email along with a link to view and share the digital card. Please check that the recipient details, message, and email address are correct before paying, as changes may not be possible once an order is confirmed.
Prices are shown on the website in your local currency where available, and in US Dollars. Payment is processed securely by our payment provider. We do not store your full card details. If a payment is declined, your order will not be confirmed and no tree will be committed.
Trees are planted by our partners at WWF Pakistan as part of ongoing reforestation efforts. Planting takes place in planting seasons and suitable conditions, so there may be a period between your order and the physical planting of your tree. The exact location, species availability, and timing are managed by our planting partners.
The personalised digital card is generated from the design, message, and details you provide. You are responsible for the content of any message you add. We may decline or remove content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes the rights of others.
Because a living tree is committed on your behalf once an order is confirmed, gifts are non-refundable. Please see our Refund & Cancellation Policy for full details.
All content on this website — including the Wish A Tree name, logo, card designs, text, and graphics — is owned by or licensed to Echovale Ltd and may not be copied or reused without permission.
We take care to describe our service accurately, but we do not guarantee that the website will always be available or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
